Sound Balancing

From my 20+ year journey of learning about the body, the emotions, the brain, the spirit, quantum physics, biology, electromagnetism, death, birth, past lives, parallel universes, nature, (and a multitude of etceteras), then somehow connecting these various dots, I have come to one simple observation: we have the innate wisdom and ability to self correct any and all dis-ease when we accept that it is possible.  

Whoa!  That is a lot of responsibility.  But also, it is unlimited potential.  

What does this mean? The natural state of you, of me, of every living thing, is coherent light. Literally optimal health--harmonious physiological, mental, emotional, and spiritual functioning. Our bodies follow our minds. Our minds have the ability to create whatever we desire--all we have to do, is make the choice to create it. And know that it is possible.  

This is why I have created a project called FORK U.  I came up with this name many years ago, not really knowing what it would be.    

Now, it is a simple reality--utilizing sound to support creative thought.  

Every day, I will devote 3-5 minutes to align coherent sound with a coherent thought.  All you have to do, is really focus on the thought, and just receive the sound.  And by really focus, I do mean really focus.  On one thought only.  Initially, you may find it very challenging to focus only on one thought--to do lists coming to mind, the meeting you have, the words you had with your neighbor...they will all spring forth.  And that is ok.  Come back to your focus.  The sound will help with this.  One day, out of the blue, you will find that you made it the whole 3 minutes only in focus!  What a gift.  Then you can do anything.  

If you decide to give this a go, I am excited for you.  Realize though, that as with anything worth achieving is, this will take practice.  It may take days, weeks, months, years to really notice the shifts.  Stick with it.  

Also, please accept that time does not exist on the levels in which we are working.  If you come upon this in a year, and start listening from the first recording, that is ok.  You will benefit.  My intention for each session is that anyone who will ever watch or listen to these recordings are already included...they are already present at the moment I do the tuning.  

As a disclaimer I must state that what we are doing here is supporting your creative thought abilities.  If you need medical attention, get it.  Do not discontinue any health routine or stop seeing any practitioner that you are engaged with, unless you decide to do so.  Have fun with this, and discover your potentials!
